NCSD has been serving North County San Diego since 2001. We offer morning, evening and afternoon classes. Privates and groups are available. Our classes focus on teaching real-world, practical self-defense while getting you into great shape. Youth classes are focused on character development, basic martial arts training, dealing with bullying and stranger danger, in a fun and safe environment.
