We are a Martial Arts School in Lake Forest, CA that teaches Taekwondo, Boxing and Cardio Kickboxing. I have been teaching Taekwondo for over 24-Years in the South Orange County area. Our classes are Monday-Thursday from 4 to 8PM, Fridays from 4 to 6, and Saturday mornings from 9 to 12.
