We are a martial arts school dedicated in building up people. Our mantra is Equip, Encourage, and Empower others!. We Teach practical self-defense, and have something for all ages 5-105. We have been serving our region for over 13 years. If you are looking for a class for kids we have that. If you are looking for the locks and throws made popular from MMA we have that too. If you are looking for a softer approach like Aikido or Tai chi we do that as well.
